GetCoached.in is a service for everyone and anyone who needs guidance to achieve success in their career. Be it a fresher getting into the first job, employees eager to improve their performance or middle management having a mid career crisis, GetCoached.in is there to support each individual.
GetCoached.in was established with the belief that individuals may not have the right kind of guidance available at their workplace. Either their manager is busy, or he/she may not have the abilities to guide, or simply you may not feel like approaching him on your need.
The various services
offered are listed at the top of the page. Here is a summary of how
the coaching takes place.
1. The individual needing
guidance contacts GetCoached.in via email or phone or the "Contact
Us" link on the website.
2. A suitable time is
scheduled for a 1 on 1 discussion. Typically it is a 45 minutes to
1 hour session.
3. The individual may share some information (such as CV) prior to the meeting, to help the coach understand the case better.
4. The coach asks the
individual to elaborate on the matter. More exploratory questions
follow, and this leads to an interactive dialogue.
5. The coach and coachee together evolve a way forward to address the need. During this process the coach also provides expert guidance where required.
6. The coach may send an email later, to provide additional support to the individual.
7. The individual provides an update later, on how things have progressed. If required, the coach provides additional guidance over phone/email. Alternatively, a further session may be scheduled.
Ashish has a rich and diverse experience of over 19 years in the industry. His educational qualifications include Engineering and an MBA-Finance from Jamnalal Bajaj (JBIMS) Mumbai. He is a certified Project Management Professional and is also ITIL certified. He has been trained as a Six Sigma Black Belt by GE.
Ashish has worked across multiple industries / domains throughout his career. These include Engineering, Manufacturing, IT, Consulting, Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Airlines, Automotive, Metals and Education.
As he grew up the corporate ladder, he served roles from Project Engineer, Team Lead, Manager upto Executive Director. He has worked across various functions such as Marketing, Sales, Pre-sales, IT, Operations, HR, Training, Process, Quality and Planning.
Ashish had the opportunity to recruit, train, manage and coach nearly 1000 professionals, either directly or indirectly. He has helped his subordinates and clients to grow up the corporate ladder and succeed in their roles.
Ashish is a trained and experienced coach and believes in a "Conversation Model" for coaching. Coachees have benefitted from conversations as short as 30 minutes, though a sustained interaction works best for realizing the benefits.
