GetCoached.in offers its unique services at extremely affordable rates. The objective is to ensure that career coaching is available to all strata of employees, regardless of their field of work. This fee structure is only applicable to individuals for 1 on 1, face to face coaching. The below mentioned fee structure will not apply for Workshops or Training Programs.

Coaching Fee: Rs. 500/- per session (inclusive of service tax)

Session Duration: 45 minutes. Multiple sessions can be availed during a visit.

 

Steps: How do we go about it?

1. The coachee will first indicate the requirement and expectation.

2. The coach will then indicate the expected number of sessions required for addressing the requirements of the coachee.

3. The coaching session will start after getting the go-ahead from the coachee.

 

Typical Number of Sessions Required (based on data for coaching sessions in 2012-14)

 

Resume Writing:                                   1-2 sessions (depends on the current state of the resume)

Mock Interview:                                    1 session (second session may be added on request of the coachee)

Approach for Job Search/Change:        1 session

Career Growth Guidance:                      1 session (second session may be added on request of the coachee)

Performance Improvement:                  2-4 sessions (depending on the extent of improvement and support required)

Starting a New Business:                        2-6 sessions (depending on the extent of support required)

Guidance to resolve workplace issues:    1 session

 

Notes: 1. Fees will remain unchanged even if part of the session duration remains unutilized.

           2. The above mentioned fee structure may undergo changes from time to time.

 

Additional Free Support:

 

GetCoached.in will provide additional support to the coachees after the coaching session. Upto 2 telephonic conversations and email based support for queries will be provided as a part of the above package, without any additional cost. Coachees may use this time to clarify doubts, seek responses to any queries or simply check whether they are on track, based on the initial discussion.
